The History Of Tea - That's right, we don't just love booze here at the Vine! Alida's first true love is tea, and she honed her palate and amazing descriptive skills in that world. Tea is just as complex and rife with history as wine (really more.) It's an agricultural product that expresses the terroir of the land in which it's grown and the culture of the people that grow it. In this class you will touch on (and taste) all the major types of tea, while learning about how amazingly intertwined tea is in the history of our world. As per usual, $45 includes tea and appetizers.
