Please join us at BTLT’s Tom Settlemire Community Garden on Thursday, Sept 17th, from 5:30pm – 7:30pm for an immersive class on making vermouth! You will learn about the history and technique of vermouth making, while sipping on vermouths and snacking on tasty Vessel & Vine goodies. We will walk the native plants and herb gardens together, and identify and pick plants for your very own vermouth blend. You will leave with the start of your own custom vermouth and instructions on how to finish it at home.
