Hoisin is a traditional Cantonese sauce often used as a dipping sauce, or glaze for meat. We LOVE using it to glaze turkey or chicken before roasting or grilling. Also awesome for roasted veggies. Another Vessel and Vine pantry staple that has made it to our personal Thanksgiving tables. 

Ingredients: brown sugar, black bean sauce, tamari, rice wine vinegar, raisins, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, cinnamon, ginger, cloves (contains trace amounts of wheat)
