There is still a little bit of room left in the Chilean wine dinner with natural winemaker Roberto Henriquez. I am so excited about this dinner, as I spent a lot of time in Chile while growing up. My brother is 1/2 Chilean, and lives there today! When I was much younger I would travel to Chile often once a year for about a month, and my memories of those times revolve in large part around the food I experienced. I still remember the seafood markets, large pots of apricot jam being processed at my aunt’s house, oozy cheese filled empanadas, watermelon dipped in toasted flour, and pebre. Pebre with everything….

So when I was given an opportunity to do a dinner with renowned Chilean winemaker Roberto Henriquez, I jumped. We will be pouring four of his wines, alongside four family style courses of the food I remember from my childhood.
