I am so excited to welcome Paul Chartrand to the Vine for our first wine dinner with him! Paul began importing Organic wines back in 1985, way before the natural wine movement that is sweeping the wine world currently. He is truly OG. Paul lived in Maine for almost forever, and built his business here. Now, he resides in France, and returns to Maine on occasion. He will be returning to Maine just days before this dinner, hot off judging at the worlds largest competitive tasting of organic wines. We will be closing for regular service for this special event, and what better way to celebrate Valentine’s day? And don’t worry, come alone, come with a big group, come with your love, come with a parent or a friend. We seat our dinners family style, so you will be sure to leave with new friends, having had great conversation. $50/PP for food, wine additional and ala carte. We will have suggested pairings for each course, but I don’t like to box people into wine decisions. Reservations required, call the Vine to hold your spot!
